Management staff then escorted Mr Chaban to an office where they verbally abused, humiliated, intimidated and bullied him, according to the court documents. The security guard said he was ordered to hand over his uniform, escorted from the building and driven to a train station. He fell ill on the train and went to hospital with spinal injuries.
